Baker (Blasting Division) offers a specialist cleaning and preparation service to the industrial, commercial and domestic sectors throughout the UK.

We specialise and are known for our expertise in the industrial market but our services include the cleaning and preparation of:-

Our abrasives are specially selected to aid in the removal of rust, paint, and other existing coatings, mill scale and process residues.

There are various ways of cleaning and preparing substrates, but none surpass grit blasting when you require a truly clean surface, or the substrate prepared to a standard suitable for applying protective coatings or lining systems.

Baker know that Health & Safety is just as important as the project itself. For that reason we carry out a full site assessment of all projects, and supply documentation as required by law such as Risk Assessment, Method Statement and COSHH.

We are committed to providing ongoing training; our staff are confined space, first aid, abrasive wheels, manual handling, PASMA and Fire Marshall trained. They hold CSCS and CCNSG cards.
