A builder was contracted to install a holding sump which was constructed using pre-cast concrete rings. They also installed drainage surrounding the offload area which was connected to the holding sump.

These plant rooms were located above Top Shop clothing store and contained oil and water storage tanks. The concern was that if the storage tanks in these rooms were to leak, it would be possible for the contents to seep through the ceilings into the store.

The project was to tank two plant rooms. Two years ago a pump in the plant room at a hospital burst a seal and completely flooded the plant room with water.
